Unveiling Treehouse at Midtown MacPark: A Milestone Partnership Between Frasers Property and Coposit

Chris: We’re excited to be here today and I think all of Australia will be excited about what we’re about to announce. I’m here with Dino Carulli, Sales and Marketing Director of Frasers Property Australia. Thank you for being here.

Dino: Thanks for coming. It’s a pleasure to see you again and be in a partnership with Coposit.

Chris: Tell us about Frasers Property’s rich history in Australia.

Dino: It’s an exciting time for us as we’re about to hit our centenary next year, 100 years of creating communities and building homes around Australia. We’re proud of the communities we create, not just the buildings. We want to provide a perfect environment for families.

Chris: I read recently on the Frasers Property’s website that 140,000 dwellings have been delivered in the last hundred years. How did you achieve that?

Dino: It’s a lot of bricks and mortar, but it’s about having the vision and passion to create communities people want to live in. We provide the right environment and then build houses or apartments to accommodate them.

Chris: Trusted players like Frasers Property are seeing increased interest from buyers. The Midtown project is not just about buildings, but as you’ve said, also about creating a community. It’s a joint venture with the Land and Housing Corporation, offering schools, childcare facilities, parkland, and a convenient location. How do you sell this vision to potential buyers?

Dino: Our 100 years of history speaks for itself. Customers can visit our existing developments to experience life in a Frasers Property community. We also use technology like CGI’s and virtual tours to give people a sense of what it’s like to live here. We’re also committed to delivering homes every year, regardless of market conditions, which provides assurance to buyers. Our solid track record and transparent communication with customers helps build that confidence.

Chris: Why did you choose Coposit as a partner?

Dino: Both Frasers Property and Coposit share a synergy of brands in helping people own their own property. Coposit provides an opportunity for customers who might not be in the market to secure a home without waiting years to save a deposit. The Coposit offering complements our properties and construction timeline. It’s really a logical partnership with shared objectives.

Chris: Exactly, and it’s quite rare to have a win-win-win situation, but this partnership provides a different pathway for Australians to enter the property market. Many people struggle to save for a deposit, and our approach gives them hope. We’re proud to be involved in the Midtown project with Frasers Property, and the positive feedback from customers shows the confidence in this alternative way of getting into the property market.

One inspiring story is Majelle, who is actually a Frasers Property employee, who moved into her brand new apartment in 2022 after participating in the Coposit $10k offering. Success stories like these really motivate us as a team to continue to bring more opportunities to future homeowners.

Dino: We share that excitement, Chris. It’s an incredible journey we’re embarking on together with Coposit and the team at Frasers Property. We look forward to creating a vibrant and thriving community here in Midtown and making the dream of owning a home more accessible to Australians.

Chris: Absolutely, Dino. It’s an honour to partner with you and contribute to the realisation of the great Australian dream. Together, we’re shaping a future where homeownership is within reach for more people. Thank you for joining us today, and we’re excited about the incredible possibilities that lie ahead.

Dino: Thank you, Chris. It’s been a pleasure to be here and share our vision for the Midtown project. We’re ready to make a positive impact and create a community that people will be proud to call home.

As our conversation with Chris and Dino draws to a close, it is evident that this partnership signifies a major milestone in the property market.

Treehouse at Midtown MacPark represents the tangible outcome of this partnership – a testament to the shared commitment of both organisations to offer exceptional living experiences while embracing sustainability and community-centric design principles.

With this partnership, Australians can look forward to a future where the path to homeownership is not just a distant dream, but a tangible reality.
